Mr. Coupal was a native of Springfield, Massachusetts and had made Aiken, SC his home for the past 20 years. He had retired from Astra Zeneca as a salesman. Survivors include one daughter Colleen Coupal of South Haley Falls MA. Mr. Coupal had requested to be cremated. No services will be held and his ashes will be returned to the state of Massachesetts.
