Aiken, SC—A celebration of life service for Minister Panzy Marie Steadman, age 68, will be held 4:00 pm Sunday February 2, 2025, at Cole Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Roydell Dicks, Sr. officiating. Mrs. Steadman entered into rest on Sunday January 26, 2025, at her residence. She was a native and lifelong resident of Aiken. Mrs. Steadman was preceded in death by her father Mr. Willie Brown and mother Mrs. Ruby Gantt. She was a 2001 graduate of Midland Valley High School. Mrs. Steadman was of the Christian faith and was called to personal ministry in 2015 when she received her minister's license through Ministry Outreach Temple Church in Aiken. She enjoyed fishing, the outdoors, auctions, sketching murals, arts and crafts, baking, and visiting the SPCA in Aiken. Mrs. Steadman loved her dogs Batman and Robin. She was loved by her friends and family and will be deeply missed. Survivors include: affectionately known as her sons Craig Gantt, Aiken, Michael Perry, VA, Kendrae Davis, Aiken; affectionately known as her daughters Kathy Simmons, MD, Eve LaShawn Perry, Aiken, Connica McFadden, VA, Stacey Lee Gannt, Aiken, ; and five sisters Evelyn (Lindberg) Brown, Aiken, Rutha Lee Gantt, Graniteville, Tina (William) Roberson, Aiken, Ann (Roosevelt) Jones, Aiken, and Brenda Brown, Aiken. Mrs. Steadman was preceded in death by her brother Sammie Steadman.
