Aiken, SC—A mass of Christian burial will take place 12:00 noon,  Tuesday December 28, 2021 at St. Mary Help Christians Catholic Church 138 Fairfield St SE, Aiken, SC 29801  with The Very Reverend Gregory Wilson celebrant.  Final prayers and commendations will be held at Calvary Cemetery, Aiken. A reception will be held at Hounds Lake Country Club after the burial.   Mr. Coffman entered into rest Tuesday December 14, 2021 at his residence.  He was the beloved husband of Mrs. April King Coffman, Aiken and a son of Mr. John Wesley Coffman, and Mrs. Shirley Jo Burden Coffman, of Shepherdsville, KY. Mr. Coffman was a native of Louisville, KY and had made Aiken County his home for the past 2 years before moving here from Jacksonville, FL.  He was self employed in the Safety Industrial Supplies, and had been in that field since the year 2000. Mike enjoyed all sports and his family and was a communicate of St. Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church. Additional survivors include Mike’s three daughters, Megan Elizabeth Coffman, Madison Brooke Coffman, Mya Grace Coffman, all of Aiken;  one brother, Brian Coffman, Louisville, KY. Pallbearers will be Troy Horton, Austin King, J.T. Burden, Buddy Edwards, Brian Coffman, and Jimmy Burden. I lieu of flowers the family has suggested that donations be made to Mental Health of America, P.O. Box 1074, Aiken, SC, 29802. The Holy Rosary and Vigil will be recited 5:30 pm Monday December 27, 2021 followed by a visitation with the family till 8:00 pm at COLE FUNERAL HOME 1544 UNIVERSITY PARKWAY (118 BY PASS) AIKEN, SC, 29801. 803-648-7175.
