North Augusta--A celebration of life service for Miss Megen Anne Marie Carr, age 30 will be held 1:00 pm Saturday December 10, 2016 at COLE FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL with Rev. Wayne Cheselka officiating. Interment will be private.   Megen was the beloved daughter of Mr. George Carr "Truck" and Mrs. Shannon Marie Lord of North Augusta, SC.  Megen entered in to rest Saturday, December 3, 2016 at her residence surrounded by her family and loved ones.  She was a native of Fort Knox Kentucky and had made Aiken County her home for the past 2 years coming from Augusta, GA.  Megen was a 2005 graduate of Westside High School, Martinez, GA and attended Augusta State University studying Criminal Justice.  Additional survivors include her two sisters, Darian (Brett) Futral, Graniteville, and Payton Lord, North Augusta; he mother Peggy Carr, Bearerton, Oregon; and mternal grandmother, Gisela Meffert of Beaverton, Oregon, and numerous aunts and uncles.   A visitation with the family will take place following the service at COLE FUNERAL HOME 1544 UNIVERSITY PARKWAY (118 BY PASS) AIKEN, SC, 29801. 803-648-7175.
