Mr. Lester William Paxton

Aiken, SC—Entered into rest Tuesday December 30, 2017 at his residence, Mr. Lester William Paxton, age 87.  Mr. Paxton was a native of Prophets Town, IL,  and had has made Aiken County his home for the past few years.  He was the son of the late Mr. Charles Paxton and the late Mrs. Sylvia Eggert Paxton. Mr. Paxton retired as a baker and enjoyed dancing and was an instructor in line dancing. He enjoyed woodworking, yard work and landscaping.  He is with the love of his life now dancing in the heavens.  Survivors include one daughter, Rose Ann (Don Troglio) Folger, Mark, IL; one sister, Burdetta Siefken, Prophets Town, IL; one brother, Arlo (Pauline) Paxton, Stockton, IL; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.  Mr. Paxton was also predeceased by four brothers, Darrell, Warren, Norman, and Clifford Paxton.  Services and burial will take place at a later date.  COLE FUNERAL HOME 1544 UNIVERSITY PARKWAY (118 BY PASS) AIKEN, SC, 29801. 803-648-7175.
