Aiken, SC--A celebration of life service for Mr. Jerry Brooks Lott, Sr. age 66 will be held 2:00 pm Friday, December 1, 2017 at River of Life Church, Aiken, SC with Rev. Randy Brown, and Rev. Michael Kaylor officiating. Interment will follow in Redd's Baptist Church Cemetery.  Mr. Lott entered into rest Thanksgiving  day Thursday, November 23, 2017 at his daughters house in Dallas, GA.  He was the beloved husband of the late Vera West Lott and the son of the late Mr. Lindsey Lott and the late Mrs. Dolly Summer Johnson. Mr. Lott was a native and a life long resident of Aiken County, SC and was the owner and operator of Jerry's Automotive for 50 years.  He enjoyed fishing, woodworking, hunting and was an avid Nascar racing fan with his favorite driver being Jeff Gordon.  Survivors include one son, Jerry Brooks (Michelle) Lott, Jr., Aiken, SC; two daughters, Paula (Dwayne) Jacobs, Graniteville, SC, Amanda (Mark) Brown, Dallas, GA; two brothers, Lindy Lott, Aiken, Lucky Johnson, Montmorenci; four sisters, Nancy McClure, Aiken, Mitzi Nichols, Beach Island, Vickie Choate, Aiken, and Mary Annie Weinbeck, Couchton; eleven grandchildren.  Mr. Lott was also predeceased by one brother, T.J. Johnson.   Pallbearers will be Joey Morris, Charles Engasser, Dwayne Berry, Mark Brown, Glenn Nichols, Josh Morris, Tom Shephard, and Todd Summer.  In lieu of flowers the family suggest that memorials be made.
