Aiken, SC-- Entered into rest Thursday November 4, 2021 at AU Medical Center, Augusta, GA Mr. James Daniel "Danny" Pridgen age 63. A celebration of life service for Mr. James Daniel "Danny" Pridgen will be held 2:00 PM on Saturday November 20, 2021 at Mr. Johnny Pridgen's residence, 115 Morning Ln, Aiken, SC 29803 with Pastor David L. Holdman officiating Mr. Pridgen was a native of Aiken and had lived his past years in Cheraw and Lexington SC before moving back to Aiken seven years ago.  He was the son of the late Ernest Lacy Pridgen and late Sallie Mae Currie Pridgen. He enjoyed building bird houses and gardening.  Mr. Pridgen was a veteran of the US Navy.  Survivors include two brothers, Ernie Lee (Rene') Pridgen Murrell's Inlet, Johnny (Peggy) Pridgen, Aiken; one sister, Sandra Pridgen McCormick, Red Bank; ten nieces and nephews,  and several great and great great nieces and nephews.
