Mrs. Frances Scott

Warrenville, SC—A celebration of life service for Mrs. Frances G. Scott, age 87, will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday November 18, 2023, at Bethel Baptist Church with Rev. Brancie Stephens officiating. Mrs. Scott entered into rest on Saturday 11, 2023, at Anchor Rehab. She was the beloved wife of her former husband the late Mr. Wade Hinson and her second husband the late Mr. Rowland Scott. Mrs. Scott was a daughter to the late Mr. Wilbert Gladden and the late Mrs. Ida Mae Varnadore Gladden. She was a native of Chester, SC, but had made the Aiken area her some since 1960. Mrs. Scott was of the Baptist faith and a member of Bethel Baptist Church. She loved fishing, cooking, keeping a clean house, camping, and raising a family. She was loved by her friends and family and will be deeply missed. Survivors include: two daughters Pamela (John) Wood, Warrenville, and Vivian Busbee, Greenwood; two sisters Carolyn Lane, Great Falls, SC, and Ellen Blackwelder, Concord, NC; two grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
