Mrs. Donna Sue Broxton Nagy

Burnettown SC – A celebration of life service for Mrs. Donna Sue Broxton Nagy, age 74 will be held 11:00 am Monday, March 28, 2016 at Bath Pentecostal Holiness Church with Pastor Bill Branch officiating.  Interment will follow in Brothersville Cemetery, Hephzibah United Methodist Church,  Hephzibah, GA at 2:00 pm Monday, March 28, 2016.

Mrs. Nagy was a native of  Augusta, GA, and had made Aiken County her home for the past 27 years. She was the daughter of the late Mr. Walter Anthony  Broxton and the late Mrs. Ora Belle Harden Broxton.  Mrs. Nagy was an active member of Bath Pentecostal Holiness Church, Bath, SC where she was a former member of the choir and a member of the Senior Adult Sunday School Class.  Mrs. Nagy enjoyed the Nursing Home Ministry and was a generous giver to many charity organizations.  She also enjoyed painting in her leisure time and gave her time and help in raising her grandchildren.

Survivors include three sons, Al “Laura” Nagy, Rocky River, OH, Steven Nagy, Columbus, OH, Michael “Charisse” Nagy, Aiken; two daughters, Elizabeth “Matt” Lakeman, Westerville, OH, Karen Riley, Columbus, OH; two brothers, Louie “Betty” Broxton, Alpharetta,  GA, James (Jan) Broxton, Dearing, GA.  Mrs. Nagy was also predeceased by one brother, Walter “Pug” Broxton, and five sisters, Ann Cooper, Connie Glinski, Betty Jean Mitchell, Gertrude Amos, Mamie Free, three half sisters, Sara, McNeer, Jimmie Rhoden, Fonnie Coleman.

Pallbearers will be  Brandon Nagy, Taylor Nagy, Frank Free,  and Jimmy Free.

The family will receive friends from 9:00 am till time of service, Monday, March 28, 2016 at Bath Pentecostal Holiness Church.
