Aiken, SC—A graveside service for Mr. Billy Joe “Joey” Sanders Hallmann, age 54 will be held 2:00 pm Friday October 15, 2021 at Redd’s Branch Baptist Church cemetery with Rev. Richard McWhite officiating.  Mr. Hallmann was the husband of Mrs. Kathy Hallman Hallmann of Aiken and the son of the late Mr. Billy Leon Sanders and the late Mary Williamson Sanders.  He was a native of Charleston, SC and was a life long resident of Aiken County.  Mr. Hallmann was a 1985 graduate of Friedman Vocational School in Graniteville and attended Redd’s Branch Baptist Church.  He enjoyed working in the  yards cutting grass, riding his motorcycle and his 6 Chihuahuas.  Additional survivors include one daughter, Nikita Lawrence, Aiken; one grandson, Colson Lawrence, Aiken; two sisters, Lisa Sanders, North Augusta, Becca Hite, Aiken; two nephews, Lee David Skipper, Windsor, John Skipper, Graniteville; two niece’s, Vicky Boylen, Wagener, Shyanne Hite, Aiken, and four great nephew and two great nieces. Due to the covid-19 situation mask are suggested to be worn and social distancing will be observed.
