Mrs. Anna Nestor Duggan

Aiken, SC--A celebration of life service for Mrs. Anna Nestor Duggan age 80 will be held 11:00 am Saturday November 24, 2018 in the chapel of Lohr & Barb Funeral Home, Elkins, West Virginia.  Interment will follow in Elkins Memorial Park, Elkins, WV.  Mrs.  Duggan entered into rest Saturday November 17, 2018 at Pruitt Health-Aiken. She was the beloved wife of 60 years to Mr. Harry L. Duggan, Jr.  Aiken, SC,  and a daughter of the late Hugh M. Nestor and Eva Harris Nestor, and was a native of Elkins, West Virginia.   Mrs. Duggan was currently living in Aiken and previously resided in Mercersburg, PA and Damascus, Maryland. She was of the Presbyterian faith.  Additional survivors include two sons, Bradley T. (Jane) Duggan, Aiken, Jeffrey B. (Darlene) Duggan, Mt. Dora, Florida; two sisters, Dama Nestor, Elkins, WV, Julia Riggleman, Lewisburg, WV; three grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Mrs. Duggan was predeceased by one brother, Grant "Shorty" Nestor.  A visitation with the family will take place 4-7 pm Friday November 23, 2018 at Lohr & Barb Funeral Home 120 First Street, Elkins, WV, 26241.
